All orders ship out within 4 days, with priority mail. Packages should arrive within 2-4 days of being sent.
Shipping is available in the United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Spain and Australia.
FREE domestic shipping on orders over $100. FREE international shipping on orders over $250.

Return & Exchange Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you intend to return a product, please reach out to us and let us know within 10 days of receiving.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If your product arrives damaged please take a picture and email coppercrescentbotanicals@gmail.com you will be sent a replacement or refund as long as the damage is visible and you let us know within 10 days of receiving it.
